Kieran
Toal
graduated
from Liverpool University in 1988 with an honours
degree in Law (LLB (Hons)), attended Institute Of
Professional Legal Studies at Queens University Belfast
and admitted as a Solicitor in 1990. Since then he
has been practicing from present office initially
as an employee and since 1997 as a partner.
Primarily,
Kieran specializes in the realms of criminal law and
civil litigation, namely:

Colm
Heron was employed as a law clerk since 1988.
He returned to University in 2000 and was admitted
to the role of solicitors in 2005 after having attended
the institute of professional legal studies Queens
University Belfast. Colm has been a partner of Toal
and Heron since 2008 and was an employee since 1997.
His
main areas of expertise are:

Brenda
Kelly graduated from LLB Law in 2000 going on
to graduate from LLM Human Rights Law in 2002 from
Queens University Belfast.
She was admitted as a solicitor in 2006.
Brenda specialises in all aspects of Family Law including:
• Divorce and financial settlements following
separation
• Non- Molestation Orders
• All Children Order matters including contact,
residence and care proceedings
• Representation at Family Proceedings Court
, Family Care Centre and High Court.
Brenda also practices in various areas of civil and
criminal law, and has a particular interest in Youth
Justice representing clients in the Youth Court. Brenda
also represents clients under arrest at Police Stations.
